Terms and Conditions
All information provided on the platform is owned by the Logistics Private Sector Engagement Council (LPSEC), and best practices are implemented to ensure the quality of the information. The Council makes every effort to maintain the platform's operation in a reliable and user-friendly manner. However, the Council assumes no responsibility for any unavailability of the platform due to technical issues beyond its control. By using the platform, the user agrees not to engage in, encourage, promote, or facilitate the following:
- Engaging in, promoting, or encouraging activities that violate any regulation, governmental decision, royal decree, agreement, or other policies.
- Accessing, investigating, or testing any service or system without authorization, including but not limited to security breaches, vulnerability scans, or penetration testing.
- Disrupting, interfering with, or bypassing any aspect of the service, or violating any security or authentication measures used by the system or service.
- Uploading or downloading files containing viruses, corrupted data, or engaging in actions that compromise the integrity, reliability, or availability of the platform's information.
- Using any tool, software, or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the proper operation of the platform.
- Advertising any product or service on the platform that would place the Council in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Any act that constitutes a violation of Saudi Arabian laws, particularly the Cybercrimes Law, the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Electronic Transactions Law.
Virus Protection:
The Council makes every effort to scan and test the platform's content for viruses. Users are required to use antivirus programs for all materials downloaded from the internet. The Council assumes no responsibility for any loss, disruption, or damage to the user's data or devices resulting from platform use. Users must report any misuse or suspected security vulnerabilities affecting the platform via email at LPSEC@NIDLP.GOV.SA. Failure to do so may subject the user to legal liability.
Limitation of Liability:
The electronic services and information provided through the platform are intended to simplify manual procedures. Users acknowledge that online communication may be subject to interference or interception by third parties. The platform does not replace information available from official entities, and administrative requests and procedures can be conducted directly with the relevant authorities. Users assume full responsibility for using the platform, and the platform shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from its use, reliance on its content, or operational delays. Users agree that their sole remedy for any harm or loss is to refrain from using or accessing the platform.
Compensation:
Users agree to release and hold harmless the Council, its departments, employees, and those responsible for managing, maintaining, updating, and providing the platform from any liabilities or claims arising from or related to platform use.
Termination of Use:
The Logistics Private Sector Engagement Council reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, restrict, or suspend a user's access to the platform without notice for any reason, including operational reasons (such as maintenance or adding new services) or violations of usage terms. Upon termination, the user is no longer authorized to access the platform.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The platform is managed by the Logistics Private Sector Engagement Council in Saudi Arabia. All platform content, including software and information, is owned by the Council and protected under Saudi copyright and trademark laws.
Unless otherwise stated, the content may not be sold, licensed, leased, modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, advertised, transmitted, distributed, publicly displayed, edited, or used to create derivative works for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Council.
Legal Jurisdiction:
Users are subject to the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy. Users are particularly subject to the Cybercrimes Law and the Personal Data Protection Law for any violations. Misuse of the platform may result in legal accountability.
General Provisions:
- All materials and information on the platform are for informative purposes and non-profit use.
- Arabic is the primary language of the platform. Translations, if available, are provided as an additional service and are not to be relied upon for interpreting disputes.
- Laws and regulations published on the platform may be translated for interpretive purposes; however, the Arabic version is the authoritative reference.
